Investor relations
The Danish Airlaid Technology stock has been registered on Dansk AMP with the first official day of trading on the 13th of November, 2006. Prior to this, a stock issue was carried through, in the period from the 23rd of October to the 7th of November 2006, both days included. Also prior to the stock issue Danish Airlaid published a detailed prospectus, which can be downloaded on the corporate website. Danish Airlaid Technology A/S has in the period from the 20th of September to the 28th of September 2007 offered 182,110 new stocks for free subscription.
There has been a great interest in the company’s stocks, which has resulted in an oversubscribed stock issue. In the latter period, there has been subscribed 262,743 new stocks, corresponding to an oversubscription of 44. 3%.
The subscription is divided on 97 subscriptions. The rate of this was 41.0 and the issue has generated gross proceeds of DKR 7,466,510.
The board has decided the following in regards to the oversubscription:
Subscriptions up to and including 1200 pieces will be assigned fully.
Subscriptions exceeding 1200 pieces will be assigned 1200 stocks as well as 57.68% of the remaining issue.
